ok i have not fired my 30-30 winchester model 94.in about 2 years
So i went to the range. i knew i was going to have some problems as the mounting bolts were loose. so i tightened them all up before i went out.

So at the range i set up target at 50 yrds. Box style pvc frame with a card board insert and targets taped on. First shot i sighted right on target. Pulled the trigger. Did not even see anything on the board afterwards. So next shot i aimed to the right to see if its firing left. Nothing. Next i aim to the left almost all the way to see if i hit the board. Then bam i hit the right side of the frame and the whole thing falls down. So at 50 yrds it was off about 2 feet shooting to the lower right.

HOW IN THE Ffjkeqpfeqwour do i fix that.

for the record i am using a Bushnell 4x32 sportsman
here is the specs

i actually had the scope mounted about 3-4 years ago when i got it. so i have heard about bore sighting it but need to know how to do it. to get this thing back in lined i guess.

tell me what i need to know

Put the rifle in a rest, such that it will stay in position (pointing at a target) without you touching it. Then (assuming you can see the iron sights beneath the scope) adjust the scope until the crosshairs are over the same spot as the iron sights line up with. That should get you on paper, and you should only need some fine tuning to zero the scope.

If the thing has been sitting in a safe or closet for several years with a loose scope, who knows how much it may have been jostled. I would have been pretty surprised if you had been right on target after just tightening the screws down.

you may have to turn your scope rings, one at a time 180 degrees, remount and test. then do the second one, retest. then you may have to move them front to back, then repeat the above steps.
