One piece scope mount for Savage ?

My brother just got a 116 Savage in 30-06
What is available for one piece mounts ?
Would prefer something low.
Also does the one piece mount pose a problem for loading from the top ?

I really like the Warne tactical rail base, because you don't have to use extension rings to put the scope where you want it, also there is a good B-square that is aluminum if that floats you boat.

One piece base does not let me load from the top - I have to load mine from the bottom trap-door.

Ken Farrell 1pc bases are great,and you can still load from the top with them.
