If this turns out to be true, I'll have to dig up some money to buy a Barrett rifle.

As for those of us who think that other gun manufacturers should do the same....

How many of us are willing to stop buying their products until they decide that the civilian market is at least important to them as the government market is?

A Barrett may just be my last firearm purchase ever.

(Of course, since I already own 50+ firearms, I can quit anytime. Really, I can.)

PS - Does anyone know what the man's favorite drink is? At the very least, send him a bottle.

Thank You Mr. Barrett
for standing up and fighting for the rights of citizens. Your position of power as an American business owner gives you a louder "voice" in these matters and puts in you in an excellent position.
Thanks for actually using your power to help gun owners. I really wish the same could be said of other firearm companies. I'm sure you are aware that the prices of your rifles put them out of reach of many gunnies. With that in mind, you still stand up for a market you hold so little of.
Thank you so much.

It seems to me a boycot on companies that don't follow Ronnies lead and refuse to sell guns to any government agency of California would be effective. Back in the Clinton years, us shooters almost completely put Smith and Wesson out of buisness. That can still work.
