opinion please

I am needing a high power set of bionoculars but don't need top quality. Can anyone give me your thoughts on these in 16x50?

Haven't even seen these in the flesh, but off hand I can say that the exit pupil on a 16x50 will be small; a fraction more than 3mm. Meaning they will have to be precisely positioned and held in front of each eye for viewing. The high magnification will greatly amplify movement and using these unsupported will not be practical for most people - especially after exertion. They will have poor low light performance. And at that price I would not expect them to last long. They might, I just would not expect it.

If you get the impression I think they are a bad idea - you are right. I would invest in a moderately priced 20x50 spotting scope and a lightweight tripod before I paid even $50 for these. Better buy.
