opinions needed xd subcompact or shield purchase

Well Im racking myself over this I thinking of selling my xd subcompact 40 and getting
a shield 40 do to the slimer profile as I want to ccw more often, I carry the xd at times
iwb but it is thick and a bit uncomfortable for me but I trust it,
I really like the slimer shield 40 and as a plus its made in usa, any opinions on
switching from xd sub to shield or keeping what I have ? Pro vs con ?

I made the same decision basically. I found my M&P 9c too wide/bulky for conceal carry on my terms. I cut it loose, and it took a while but I finally settled on the Shield as it's replacement. It's perfect sized IMHO, easy to shoot, easy to conceal.
