Opinions on Para 1911's?

I have a P14.45 Gun Rights model and I love it. By far the best 1911 I own. I have a colt and kimber and have shot just about all others and I still come back to my Para. I've heard negative things about every gun company out there.

I have a Para 14-45 LTD in all stainless. It is a replacement for my Springfield Hi Cap that had a cracked frame. Springfield replaced that pistol with my choice of any 1911 they had in stock of about the same value of the hi cap. Very nice service from springfield. I ended up taking a loaded Microcompact duo tone with a light from springfield. I traded the springfield straight up for the Para. Bottom line is the Para looks better in fit and finish than any springer I have seen. On par with a Stainless Gold cup national match that I inspected.The Para is a tack driver and has a better frame design than any of the other hi caps I have seen.Remember, all the parts in a 1911 can be easily and cheaply replaced with aftermarket parts if something becomes a problem.My Para will be one I will not part with.
