actually its she, lol. buy nancy at slugmasters in leavittsburg ohio is the best. she only charges 10% over wholesale on anything and everything up to 200 dollars, then its a flat 20 bucks on top of wholesale after that. her book shows the rifle for 829.95, so my price would be 849.95. this store is amazing at the prices she will go. that price of 850 beats the next closest competitor around here (Gander MTN) by a full FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS!! and beats msrp by 450.

it would be worth the drive for some people im sure, i feel i owe nancy to plug her store. i guess if anyone is close to zip code 44430 they could give her a call, if its an expensive item, might be worth the trip.

is 102 dollars for 500 rounds of .223 wolf worth buying? where can i buy surplus xm193? is it even cheaper than that?

Sorry, took me a minute to see that there was a page 2. The fastest way to destroy a good shooter is use STEEL cased wolf ammo. Any reputable rifle manufacturer will tell you the same thing. For just a weeee bit more you can purchase quality ammo at a great price. For plinking, I watch for sales on Federal American Eagle. Its a 55 grain FMJ Boat tail that moves at about 3240 fps. Its loaded with a clean powder and Federal brass cases that can be reloaded. Its also very accurate, for a fmj factory load. The older stuff does not have a military crip. The new stuff, you will need a Dillon crimp remover prior to reloading. I have been able to find this stuff on sale for as low as $2.00 per box. I also have a Dillon 550 reloader. After purchasing quality brass you can soon find yourself kneck deep in ammo. Ten Bears
