Opinions: Springfield micro .45 for MAK-90

If one were to trade a Springfield Armory micro .45 with 5 magazines and about 250 rounds of ammo for a MAK-90 with 3 magazines and 90 rounds of ammo, how much cash should exchange hands either way? The prices on the auction sites have been fluctuating wildly, and I'd like a little third party input.
