I would call in the order. Anything I have ordered that was in stock has been shipped very quickly and has been great. Their CS is great as well, but I have had a couple of things ordered online only to find out it is not in stock.
 
I have gotten a LOT of stuff from them. Easy to buy, easy return if necessary and good prices.
 
I buy from optics planet often, as others have said, their website doesn't always show the correct inventory. For what it's worth, the one time I got stuck with an out of stock product, I called up and they wound up sending me a very similar (but more expensive) product that the was in stock, for the same price. I can live with that.
 
I bought the same thing you're looking at from them. It was just as advertised. I've had no problems with Optics Planet.
 
A couple of orders, no problems to report.

Got my items in a timely manner and they were as advertised.

The last purchase was a pair of Steiner Bino's. I had a few questions so I punched the "CHAT" button. The operator answered all my questions, confirmed they were in-stock and they offered 10% off if I ordered right then. I did, and the binos came in a few days. Try the chat button to find out if your item is in-stock.
 
Dishonest in my mind to sell me something which you don't have in stock even though your site says it is.

Same here, use to use them often, but as the RAVEN said, NEVER MORE. They will take your money and leave you hanging.

Ihave placed a few orders with them. The last order I placed was a few years back. Something wasn't in the order but the packing slip indicated it was...I emailed them and was treated very poorly in my opinion. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. They said it was in the packaging, I said it wasn't...Essentially I felt like they were calling me a liar and DID NOT appreciate it. That was the last time I have done business with them. They offered no assistance in tracing the lost item or filing a claim with the shipper.

I've bought a couple of red dots and a scope, a ar15 carry case and a couple of other items from them. No problems and the stuff all came very quickly. One of my favorite sites as a lot of stuff has free shipping, unlike some of the other places where a great price isn't so great after you tack on excessive shipping.
 
I had a pretty bad experience a few years back but I might be willing to try them out again.
I am in the market for a new scope for my .30-06, so I'll give it some thought. But my only experience with them was not a good one.
 
Too many times I ordered from OP to find that they didn't have it in stock and I would have to wait weeks to get it.

Brother and I both ordered holsters from them prior to a deployment, then after a week or two the bums told us it would be 6 weeks + to get them. That was the last time I will try to do business with them.

Dishonest in my mind to sell me something which you don't have in stock even though your site says it is.

Same experience I had on some holsters I ordered. Showed in stock. Arrived over two months later.
 
I recently ordered some Meprolight night sights from Optics Planet. I utilized the online chat on the website because it said the night sights were eligible for further discount. I ended up getting a few dollars off of the price listed on the website which was great. The customer service rep informed me the night sights I was purchasing were not in stock and would arrive in 5 to 9 days. To my surprise, I received them the following day. Shipping was free.
 
Emailed them a few years ago about a Tasco red dot scope issue. An item they did not carry.
They wrote me within 24 hours and resolved my problem.
Been a loyal customer ever since. Don't care if it costs a couple dollars more.
 
I got a leatherwood red dot from them a few years back, they even did a price match for me no problems.
 
I've had good luck with them. In recent years I've ordered 3 of the same scope, at different times, and a spotting scope.

My only issue, and it's not their fault, is you have to specifically write a note saying the scope is not for export, you're buying it for yourself, etc. It's some sort of federal law about exporting certain items.

I guess 24x scopes fall into that category.
Once we figured that all out, no further problems.

It's comical, though, I purchased those 3 scopes over a year and a half time span, and got them all for different prices. They have sales pretty regularly.

I would use them again no problem.
 
I've had problems with them at times. Mostly they have been good but the last scope I bought (Weaver T-36) I tried to order from them but ended up getting it elsewhere because of problems with OP. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and they promised me delivery before Christmas. When I called the day after it was supposed to have arrived I found out they didn't have them in stock at all and they didn't know when they would. Nice of them to tell me. I ordered from another place, paid less money and still got the scope before Christmas and I only ordered it about 3 days ahead of time.

I don't think I will use them in the future because of what they did. You don't renege on a promise to deliver before Christmas without even telling the customer about it.
