Once again good karma has paid off. A local commercial reloaded has made an offer to me to be able to piggy back off his next component order. I will have a faxed copy of prices in the next couple of days. Primers will only be avalible in 5000 count sleeves at this point, I'll know more about powder ( HOD, IMR, WIN) and bullets soon, as well the brand of primmers, so far just CCI.
If your in the Portland area or are willing to travel here and your interested at all please PM me with the following info.
Powder; type and amount (8lb keg smallest amount)
Primers; type and amount (5000 min)
Bullets; exact type Brand, type of jacket/plating, caliber, grains, ect, ect.
Brass: none at this time
This is just to see if there is much interest, if there is enough interest I will PM back with prices, which I will ask you not to share on a public forum as he (the commercail reloader) requested.

His min. order for free shipping and hazmat is 200,000 primers and over 500lbs of powder
I have two weeks to come up with what I'ld like to order and thought my bestest internet friends would like to get in on this.
The last time I did a group buy it was from Powder Valley and I bank rolled the components until I got them to the intended buyer. This time I don't have the resources to do that again. Any ideas as to how to have a trusted third party hold the funds until the order is made and componets arrive???
