Anyone here have experience with Utah out of state permits? I live in Missouri and it seems that it is a better deal to get a Utah permit than a Missouri permit even though I live in Missouri and will probally never set foot in Utah.

There is a lot about the Missouri premit that I do not like and it seems to be a big money making deal. I do not want to go and get my drivers lic. redone to have "Weapons Permit" stamped on it. This might give me problems at work because they keep copies of everyone drivers license and I don't need anyone there knowing I am CCW.

Any High Roaders living in Missouri have any experiences with the Missouri permit or out of state permits? Any advice?

I often CCW and do not have a permit because until recently Jackson County, Missouri would not issue them (Also it is frankly none of the state's business if I CCW or not and they can LICK MY HAIRY :what: as far as I am concerned). Regardless, I think I really should get myself legal after about 20 years of being illegal (lock me up).

CCW permits

You've two choices: Utah or Florida which you should have done about a year ago...

If you are a military vet, the Florida permit is a bit easier cuz they accept DD214 forms as proof of training. If not, Florida will take nearly any NRA course as proof of training

The Utah permit is cheaper, but you MUST take your training with a Utah "approved" instructor.
