Redneck: Wrong church! The Outers Wipe Out was a electronic device whereas a metal rod would be inserted in the bore, various chemical solutions were added depending on whether lead or copper fouling was to be removed. The unit was then connected to a electrical power unit and the sysstem cleaned your firearms bore througn a chemical reacton similar to electrolysis. The unit would then be run for several hours and your firearm's bore would be very clean with the fouling adhering to the metal rod. The Outers Foul Out unit did a good job, but it was slow, a PIA to set up, and expensive. Never had one, but would have liked to try one.
