Well I wouldn't say that it's just a homemade tool, since we make it in a machine shop. It works similar to what's already on the market, but it will repeat readings better. Thats why we designed it, we weren't satisfied with the results we got with the others. We've been making them since 2006 and the users in our area really like it. Al
