I suspect from your use of quotes around "disorders" that you doubt they actually exist. Correct me if I'm wrong - but let us agree not hijack this thread to debate psychiatry.
Having said that...I will state that I "know" these disorders are very real. If someone is suffering from a severe anxiety or depression, perhaps they should not be working in security or intelligence - at least until those issues are fully resolved.
To suggest someone (not necessarily the OP here) treat a severe anxiety or depression with lots and lots of vodka is very dangerous advice and should be disregarded. I had hoped you were joking, but it's beginning to sound like you are not. If it works fror you...fine - but it's still bad advice.
