i'm using a couple of Comp-Tac Settable Cant paddle holsters for everyday carry of my 220 or 220ST. they carry pretty high and tight to the body...the paddle just makes it easy to get it on and off, but it's very stable on the belt.

for range work and classes, i like the Blackhawk CQC Serpa paddle.

it sticks out more which makes it a bit faster and easier to demonstrate technique to students. the Serpa lock adds an extra level of security and is a good way to demonstrate/learn/remember proper trigger finger placement. i've been known to just throw a workshirt over it after class when going to dinner

I am a big fan of the CompTac paddle (minus the settable cant feature) for general use.

first i should say that i think the Fobus paddle holster is the definative first range holster and i have one for most pistols i own, however...

the Fobus Roto holster has a tendency to "stick out" quite a bit...it's the Roto mechanism. if that offset doesn't bother you, i'd look at the Blackhawk CQC Serpa holster.

the CQC Serpa is very secure on the belt, allows a fast draw and actually improves your technique by mandating that your trigger finger be in the correct orientation to release the lock. i use a CQC Serpa for my 220ST when teaching
