P220 Barrel shot out?

I'm starting to think my barrel is shot out, this gun is a hand me down from my father and the more i shoot it the groups seems to open up. After a recent cleaning, I inspected the barrel and the groves in the barrel are starting to look rather smooth. Are their any definitive signs that a barrel needs to be replaced.

If it is infact shot out, does anybody know a good source of stock sig barrels (other than sig, due to price considerations)?

One of these barrels should last 30,000 + rounds.

If it is looking smooth, and you haven't shot that many rounds, I suspect it needs a heavy duty cleaning with letting the barrel soak in Hoppes and using bore brushes.
