P226 22lr conversion kit

Newbie to the site. Lots of great information! Has anyone had any experience with the Sig 226 conversion kit from 40 cal to 22lr? Just visited the Sig website and it looks pretty cool.

I have one for my 226, and I love it. Use CCI ammo, like the manual says, for a couple hundred rounds. Since then, I have been using the American Eagle ammo for several months, and it's working great. Down side, is that the slide doesn't lock back, on the last round, but if you can count to 10, it's not that much of a problem. I shoot IDPA, with the 226, and with the conversion, I can practice a lot cheaper.

Thanks Muddflap! I think I'll place one on order. It would be nice to practice more with the 226 vs. my Browning Buckmark.
