I have both the P7 and P2000sk. IMHO, the P2000sk is the finest compact CCW currently available. The P7 wins in the thin catagory, but in every other regard I prefer the P2000sk's features, especially the lower weight.
I shoot both of these guns about equally well, but the Mepro sights on the P2000sk are better than the standard sights I have on the P7. I like the fact that the P2000 will take higher capacity mags, either 10 or 13 rounds which make range time more fun. Of course there is no heat issue with the P2000sk, which can be an issue if you like to shoot lots of ammo during a range visit. I've never had to let the P2000sk cool down.
I view both guns as equally easy to use, simple and fast to action... just draw, aim, shoot. I like the heavier DA first pull on the P2000sk. I consider it a solid safety factor, follow up shoots are just as light and quick as found the P7's trigger.
Whereas both are outstanding, quality pistols, my personal preference is towards the P2000sk
