The simplest answer is: everything except no beavertail and we kept the factory barrel.

I'd have to dig out the invoice for the actual list, but I'm in Pueblo for a class this weekend.

The Henie's are WAY easier to acquire and provide a MUCH cleaner sight picture.

The Novaks have a narrower and shallower rear notch and they have many more planes which reflect light differently complicating the sight picture.

Trigger job
C&S sear
Trigger travel reduction mod
Remove mag disconnect
flatten and serrate top of slide at 50 lpi
Henies sights
serrate rear of slide 50lpi to match rear sight
reliability tune
recrown bbl
no-bite hammer mod
dehorn
bevel bag well
stipple front and rear of grip
custom wide safety
bed grips
HC finish

Total for that was around $1500

Now, those are a bunch of nice guns. They make for a nice bunch of shooting Irons, I like the Heinies better than the Novaks.
