I recently had a failure in my Para Slim Hawg, which I fully expected to be a horrific experience dealing with their customer support, based on the stories I've heard. I sent an email in describing what was broken, and got an email back the next business day asking for my address to send the replacement to. I didn't have to deal with getting billing information or anything over to them, they made it extremely simple and straightforward.
I have to admit, I'm impressed. I'm used to being disappointed by customer support, but this was surprisingly satisfying. Customer satisfaction, who knew!
