Does anyone have any experience with Pearce Mag extensions? These mag extensions purportedly add 2 rounds to any Pre- Ban magazine:

In many ways they seem like a nifty product. That would mean that my 17 round KRD mag. would grow to 19 and with a better, more secure base plate!
