I just purchased a Williams FP peep sight to go on a Marlin 1894SS. If I mount it in the rear scope mounting holes in the receiver it hangs off the back of the receiver to where you have to install the hammer spur. Does anyone see a problem if I install this sight in the front scope mounting holes in the receiver? Has anyone else done this? If so how did it work for you?
