Anyone try one? I returned a Pentax Gameseeker due to not being able to get it to focus at max range and they sent me one of these in exchange. It is much heavier than the one I returned due to the battery and motor. My main complaint with the "switch" is the diameter of the tube. This one has a 30mm tube where the rifle I was using this scope on has one inch rings. Seriously thinking about trying to off load it and use the proceeds towards another Nikon but wanted to know if anyone has actually used one and what they think of it. Thanks in advance.

X2. BUY A LEUPOLD. Don't screw around with equipment that seems too good to be true. And why are you interested in a scope with a battery or a motor?? lol. That's just askin for trouble.

Ive used a 3-9 gameseeker, its seemed like a decent scope for the price. It is NOT a great scope, but its pretty decent. I prefer Nikon Prostaffs for the price, or the Redfields.
I havnt tried the low end leupolds, and the vx2 are about twice the price....I think there are better choices then leupolds but again thats up to you, and your eyes.

game seekers are built in China i believe, top end light seekers are built here in the us....and cost about what youd expect a us built scope to cost lol. Nikons Prostaff is out of the Phillipines, bushs 3200s are made in japan, and Reds are us made, with glass out of asia but then again i think any number of scopes are like that.
