I’ll add my .02$, you mentioned Titegroup was in your stable, If you stay within the lines it does very well in .38, but just make darn sure of your charges and COL.
Bullseye and Red Dot will produce great target loads as well. I’m running IMR Red, similar to Red Dot and like it as well. The other slower powders you have will produce loads closer to SD levels if you wish. Good luck.

That looks more like a long barrel load. Blue Dot is a magnum powder, typically. It needs some barrel length to burn in. I would recommend 6gr of Blue Dot in a 6” barrel, but not a snubby.
I agree that the AA#5 and Blue Dot loads would work better in a longer barrel like a 6", but do not own one. I've used all the loads in a 1-7/8" S&W snubnose and 3" SP-101 with no problems. Recoil is not unpleasant, and there may be some unburnt powder occasionally. Works for me since I can use the supplies I stocked up on before this recent slowdown in component availability.
