I would like some help in identifying a photo. Does anyone know of any forums that focus on WWII history/ photos? I had no idea where to post this so I am starting here. I have a photo of my dad in August 1941 in what I belive is Camp Pendleton holding what looks like a Garand. He was a Lieutenant in WWII and served in the Pacific Theater

What are you trying to do? Compare against other photos of Camp Pendleton to see if your guess is correct?
