This is my 10-22

It has Buttler Creek barrel, Hogue over mould stock, titanium extractor and firing pin and extended magazine release. It will soon have a Volquartsen trigger assembly also.

Well, since it is technically a .22 rifle I will submit my Bushmaster XM15-A2 with 20" stainless heavy barrel. Damm it shoots extremely well..

For .22-LR I really like my 10/22 that is pretty much a Ruger receiver and little else. Volquartsen THM Carbon Fiber barrel, Volq laminated stock, Volq trigger/sear kit, Volq cantilever scope base, Leupold rings, Simmons 6.5-20x50mm Whitetail Classic scope, Harris bi-pod, on and on...

With Wolf Match Extra I can usually shoot 1/4" center-to-center groups at 50-yards on a calm day.

Here are the two managable ones I like to shoot the most for tight groups. (Managable meaning easy to pack up and take out in a case and without any set-up needed like for serious free rifle target guns.)

Anschütz 54.18 MSR (Leupold 3.5-10X50 MD Target since replaced with a Sightron SIII 6-24X50 MD SF) and a modded Ruger 10/22 (GM, Bell&Carlson, KID, Leopold 6.5-20X40 since replaced with a Tasco Super Sniper 20X).

jrfoxx, it looks almost like that mag is in backwards. Nice checkering though! Looks quite professional. :)

Here's my favorite one.

I love my .22's, but this guy is my favorite. It's an old marlin 81. I bought it minus the rear sight at a gunshow for $45 out the door. A few tables down I was able to pick up a nice, albeit not original, williams peep sight for $15. It has a nice 2 lb trigger, holds 25 shorts, and shoots like a champ. It just took a good amount of elbow grease to clean it up.

Here's a pic of one of my favorite .22 rifles, a Remington 40X.
I bought it from the CMP a few years ago.
Just got in under the wire.
My son and I use it for .22 benchrest matches.

Here's my 10/22. It has a Nylon Hogue stock, a Simmons 22 Mag scope, a bolt buffer, and a Volquartsen hammer. It isn't much, but I love it and it is great for a day in the woods.

Add another Winchester 52 to the list. You can hardly beat this for a target .22 rifle.

Of course I still like my old fashioned Marlin 60 too. Lots of plinking fun there and my squirrel and pest eradicator. Pick on my cabbage and broccolli. I'll add some more photos of .22s I have later.
