Any one own one of these Piettas?

How did you correct the high point of impact?

I have filed down the rear sight blade. Helped some. The pointy windage set screws are a problem. Also any one know what size & thread the set screws are? ( I measure 2.91 mm with calipers)

Anybody make or modify the front sight. Higher needed.

I had a new sight dovetailed in...



I got the sight from Track of the Wolf. I also had to take some off of the rear to get what I wanted.

I was thinking of grinding the locking edges off a front sight so I could put a brass shim under it. (About 1/4" would need ground on the front lock edge) Would need thread locker. Maybe a longer machine screw.
Ruger MKs are only held down by one screw.
