Pistol rear sight adjustment tool recommendation?

I'm looking to buy a tool to adjust windage on the rear sight of pistols. Not any gun in particular (I have too many to get specific), but rather a tool that will work on most rear sights that are dove-tailed. The hammer & punch method works, but not that good when the boo-boo's are factored in.

Any recommendations as to a good tool for this? (I have mostly semi-auto pistols, but a few revolvers too.) I'm not a cheap-wad, but am not wealthy either.
