Is there any practical difference between the 24 (or so) models of the Buck Mark? Couple of different grip options, stainless vs blue, etc is all fine, but how about accuracy, triggers and the stuff that matters?

Example: Is the target model more accurate than the camper?

I am thinking the Hunter is the one I like, but don't know a whole lot about them.

As far as I know, the basic pieces are all the same with minor variations in barrel length/contour, grips, and finish. I have owned a Target model and a Camper, and I would not tell the difference other than in weight. The barrels also interchange, so I have put a Target barrel on a Micro and VOILA! made a Target model. :)

Last I knew, the Camper has a plastic topstrap. I would tend to avoid that. The models (Bullseye, Target, et al.) with a screw in the rear of the trigger blade (near the top) have better triggers. Other than that, it's all about your preference.

FWIW, I completely love my Bullseye model. That thing is so easy to shoot, it's not even funny. It makes me look good. :D
