1. Yugoslav because some of those have the 2 stars like yours does, but not exactly.

2. China, because the CHICOMs like to put stars on stuff

I'd look to see if it is Berdan primed. Unless one is equipped for and experienced in replacing berdan primers the process is a frustrating exercise in memory of unrepeatable words. Knowing about the headstamp and what it means is a valuable learning experience, but that's about all. (I do encourage knowledge, even about many useless things.)

Definitely looks Ethiopian from the letters. The only other languages with similar letters were Soviet in 72 and would use Cyrillic.

From right to left, looks like Tumble Dry, Do Not Bleach, and Do Not Iron, so I guess that means no wet tumbling
