Does anyone here have experience with the POF prescott? If so, is it a quality gun? Will it shoot 1 moa or better? I like the specs on the rifle but I here really bad things about pof, and really good things, but not much in between it seems. I'm looking for a somewhat light ar10, and the prescott seems perfect. Thanks in advance for any info/help

Not with the Presott per se, but My P308 is phenomenal, so I would have no qualms with buying a Rogue (not a 6.5 fan-yet, lol).
I will say Im not in love with the Luth-AR stock as the cheek pad doesn't play nice with most charging handles, especially on long-actions since you have to pull the CH back even further. I swapped mine around several rifles before finally putting it on a .223 side-charger.

I might get the POF in 6mm Creedmmooor. That would be cool.

So if you replaced the Luth AR stock, what would you go with?
What optic and mount?
I think for me since it would be dual purpose hunting and target, I would keep the stock light and just do a CTR. Then for a scope I would do a Swarovski 3.5-18X44 in a LaRue or American Defense mount.

CTR is a good stock choice. My POF is currently mounting a FAB Defense .223 Carbine stock I had laying around. The FAB fits super tight for an adjustable stock, with almost no play/wiggle on the buffer tube and has a nice thick rubber buttpad. I also glued a thin sheet of high-density foam over the cheeckpad and the CH glides right over it. The FAB has an actual magwell built into it for holding an emergency 5 or 10 round mag. I hollowed out an old 10-rounder and just use it as a storage compartment. Dont know if FAB makes a dedicated .308 stock but if so, Id recommend it.

Scope-wise, I went with a 6-14X Nightforce SHV, but you can't go wrong with Swarovski for sure. I like the Burris PEPR mount. They come with both railed and smooth top clamps, are reasonably priced, super solid, and mount quickly.

I will say POF's proprietary drop-in triggers are top-notch!

I don’t have a Prescott, but I have a Rogue and after installing POF’s adjustable gas block, it runs flawlessly. I also owned a Revolution and it was 100% reliable. Both rifles are capable of putting three rounds inside a 1” target at 100 yards. Neither likes to be fired in long strings.
