Every once in a while I check the weapons section of Police Magazine out to see what's new or to get a feel of my fellow LEO's opinions. I stumbled on this survey too late to participate, but I was surprised by the results.
Article explaining the survey: http://www.policemag.com/channel/pa...ort-concealed-carry-romney-for-president.aspx
Survey result charts: http://www.policemag.com/photogalle...gun-control-active-shooters-the-election.aspx
Out of 19,000 subsribers, some 2000+ took part in the survey and it seemed overwhelmingly in support of multiple gun issues such as CCW and "assault weapons" (though "AW's" had a slight down tick in support). The comment section of the article however was a little more dissapointing, but overall I was pleased to see those that participated were mostly pro 2A. I realize it wasn't a very scientific poll, but pleased none-the-less.
Just wanted to share my find.
