Possible Injunction to Prevent AWB?

This one is for the legal types on here, like LegalEagle. I was wondering, is it possible to file a federal injunction to prevent congress from passing the next AWB, or something along those lines? I want to do everything I can to prevent it's passing. Thanks.

You cannot preempt the legislative prerogative, but one could definitely sue and possibly suspend enforcement of an AWBII while the litigation was pending so as to not permit undue harm to the plaintiffs.

The folks with the best standing to sue in that instance would be a gun manufacturer on the ban list.
