Post 41F EForm 1 Using a Trust

I have a trust with myself as 4 others on it. I submitted a number of form 1s for SBRs and an SBS before 41F via EForms. I am about to submit some. What do I need to do and what all do I need to submit in a post 41F environment using a trust? Thanks!
