Post 41F Submittals

Have any trust holders submitted any Form 1's or Form 4's post 41F?

I ordered a bunch of fingerprint cards and forms from the ATF. In all honesty, it will be a bigger pain, but it sounds like Silencer Shop's kiosks and app will streamline the process although I do not know what it will entail (a machine that takes your picture and fingerprints and populates the forms maybe?) and the Form 1's will probably need to be submitted physically and will be a package with the trust, fingerprint cards, and paperwork.

Rolling your own prints on a FD-258 for 41F

Since you can leave SS# blank on the Form 1/4 itself and the new 5320.23 "Responsible Person" form, is it correct to assume you can leave it off the FD-258 fingerprint cards as well?

Can the following fields also be left blank:
-"Signature of Official Taking Fingerprints"
-"Employer and Address"

Finally what are people putting in for "Reason Fingerprinted".
