The high Nitro content powders, such as Titegroup, are the worst offenders. Always empty the measure when you are done.

OK, you guys win.
I think I'm going to start emptying my measure when I'm done.
Looking at my graphs for my measure settings, charges for any given volume seem to be increasing in weight and I'm wondering if it isn't weight gain from humidity.
Besides, powder ain't cheap anymore, especially the VV powders and Trail Boss.
