Are CFE Pistol and Autocomp the same powder? I was reading on another forum that said they were, but I'd never heard that before. I looked at data on Hodgdon, and they were very close, but not exactly the same.
They are close but not the same, if for no other reason than one is supposed reduce copper fouling while the other does not.
I've seen powders in the past that were the exact same have slightly different load data (Accurate 2230/Ramshot X-terminator) and I've seen data that is the identical for the exact same powder (Win 231/HP38).
Edit: Here is a useful website to specifically look at powders close up.

Two different people testing the same powder with two different setups... will have slightly different data... especially considering they are likely testing two different lot numbers. That's why you'll see slightly different data for 'twin' powders.
The Lee handbook (page 111 in the newest edition) shows CFE Pistol and Autocomp right next to each other on the speed chart.

My experience says they are different but similar. Autocomp made a good 125 gr 357 powder while cfe-p have me erratic velocity.
Same thing happened in 38 special.
