Powder req to duplicate V-Shok .243 Nosler

I was going to pick up some Federal V-Shok .243 with the 70 gr Nosler partion and almost fell over at the $35 price tag! My brother-in-law can reload .243 and I can pick up 100 cases and a box of the Nosler 70gr bullets for about $65 including tax.

The factory loads boasts 3400 fps, what powder and grain amount would duplicate this load? Thanks.

There are several powders that will easily give you 3400fps with a 70gr bullet.
Varget will do it with the starting load listed at the www.hodgdon.com load site.
You just need to verify the accuracy of the loads.
