Powders for 22 Hornet?

W680 works wonderfully in my K Hornet. Of course, they don't make it anymore, but if you have any, give it a try. These days, I use either Lil Gun or AA1680. In the past, I tried W296 and H110. Both were erratic for me. I tried CCI small pistol primers once upon a time. They didn't work well. Winchester Small Rifle primers work well for me. A Win Small Pistol Magnum primer is backup.

Thought I might mention that I got RCBS’s “neck expander” die for .224” necked cartridges and my problem with crumpling Hornet’s thin neck brass while seating bullets went away.
