what will i need to finish building this PPSH?

and, how do I make it legal?

I am in CA. Naturally, I will have to have the magazine neutered out of state before getting it in here.

But I know little about these and could use a bit of help with the reciever and trunnion (I don't even know what a trunnion is!)
