One is simply designed with combat as the focus the other... is not. It just so happens that the TACTICAL weapons look better too. :) (rip off that woods and relplace it with plastic).

Don't confuse "tactical looking" with "tactical". High-speed, low-drag types don't hang stuff on their weapons for looks. In the context of this topic, I'll take practical any day.
