Pre-modified Saiga - Who's Doing It?

the Pro Mag therory is not valid on the rifles we have tested .

Well "the promag theory" wasn't posited in regard to those rifles was it? It was given in response to a poster who pretty clearly described his gun as lacking a bullet guide.

It is well established by many people testing pro mags that they will function in an unmodified saiga up to the last round.

As for the quality of these rifles, potential buyers can read the various reviews out there for themselves. It also woud be prudent for them to inform themselves about the conversion process what is required and the actual cost of it.

It is good to hear that the new batch of converted rifles are actually converted as advertised. The quality and method of coversion aside, that is at least a step in the right direction.

THese various posts don't exist. I've searched all over this forum AND the Saiga Forum. The only really negative posts I've found are by Girodin and Nalioth. (Which are posted on several boards BTW) Other than that Atlantic has a good rep on all the boards I've searched. The pic that keeps circulating of my feed ramp I agree does look ugly. If you want pretty buy an AR. It works. I have had NO FTF/FTE with any of the 5 steel mags I have or the Promag mags either. If it didn't work I would replace it. Its just dumb to fix it just for looks.

I think your dishonesty on this matter is pretty transparent at this point. I don't know what your vendetta is against AA but its just childish.

Apparantly as of August 12th when AA posted thier Saigas now had bullet guides the point is moot anyhow.

Here is a pic of a "Home installed" bullet guide. I don't see that this is better. It not even prettier. I'm sure it doesn't work better.
