I've got both, 9mm, 124gr. Bayou Bullet LRN, Precision Delta 124gr JHP. Both loaded with Power Pistol, 5.2gr. Because of a short throat on one of my guns, most bullets I reload can't be loaded more than 1.100", the Bayou Bullet LRN can go to 1.130". Both have been chronographed within a couple of fps of each other, 1070-1080fps. Shooting both back to back, the Bayou Bullet shot quite a bit 'softer' than the Precision Delta. I was trying to figure out if one was more accurate than the other, still not sure, the PD MIGHT have an edge. Is the .030" difference enough to make one round shoot 'softer' than another? One being lead, the other jacketed, the lead absorbs the shock better? I'm thinking more data needed :D

How does the length of the bullets compare ? Diminished case capacity can create a "hotter" round.

The lead bullet will have less resistance going down the barrel, so pressure will be lower. Since the pressure does not build as fast (bullet moving sooner) it will have a different softer feel.
