Precision Delta Bullets

Has anyone else ordered from these people? I placed an order about 5 weeks ago for 9mm bullets. I called them today and they said maybe next week. That would make it six weeks at the earliest from the time I placed the order.

I put in a order for 2k 9mm bullets several months back. I got my order in about 2 weeks, I think.

They may be pretty backlogged given how good their prices are and the run on components now that ammo prices have skyrocketed.

I haven't ordered from these people but I did place an order two Sundays ago with Montana Gold for a Case of 9mm 124gr. JHP's. The Mail Man delivered it to my door 3 days later. I have read on several forums that Precision Delta has large delays in shipment. Nobody says why.

BTW, the Montana Gold bullets cost me $278 delivered for 3750 projectiles. That's only $2 per thousand more than the PD's (although PD doesn't offer a JHP). I'll pay the extra $$ for the great service and promptness.

I was told that it would take three weeks when I ordered from Precision Delta. I was willing to accept that. Then when the three weeks was up, they said it would take another week. Then today. It will take another week or more, That I won't accept. Trust is the only commodity a business has, when people don't believe you when you twice say it will be out next week and it isn't then they have lost my trust. If people Stop ordering from Precision Delta, they might catch up on the "back orders". I assumed they wanted repeat business like most "going concerns" but when enough people get pissed off, they won't have to worry about being a going concern.


I had a similar experience with a holster maker. What was supposed to take 4 weeks turned into 8 months. Not again!

I have purchased 20K bullets from Precision delta without any issues. I know at times that have had a back log but I was willing to wait. I have not had any issues with their product and would recommend them.
