Precision Rifle Picture Thread... Part 4

Awesomeness!!!!!! Can’t wait to see it please start a thread about it

Will do, at least will once I get closer to actually being able to make updates about it. I’m another month out on getting the barrel, then looking like 9mos to a year before I get the stock, which is expedited down from 15-18mos! And of course, finding brass is a problem all its own, hoping I can get some in a few months.

@Walkalong - have you dropped any of the brass weights into your forend to help balance your Vudoo in that Foundation?

The whole idea is lighter and easier to grip, so nope, because it would make it even harder for my old hands to run around with it, which is why the Genesis II is on hiatus. The Revelation will be lighter, and even though I'll need some weight up front (Maybe the weighted Area 419 Rail), it will be lighter than the Genesis, as well as easier to grip with the thinner for-end, the sharper angle of the bottom of the for-end and the grooves are perfect for thumbs and fingers to get a grip with.

It's about 15 pounds right now, about a half pound lighter than my Vudoo in the Manners. Will likely be a bit heaver after it's balanced. :)

I’ll play. Up first is my kids 223 rem. Chambered for heavy bullets, 26” 1-7 twist patriot valley prefit, ARC archimedes action, Burris xtriii 3-18, and it usually wears a thunderbeast dominus 30 cal can

kids smack clay pigeons at 200 yds with ease

next is my 308, ARC mausingfield that I had Longrifles Inc spin up in 2017. 24” k&p barrel, vortex gen 2 3-18, in an American rifle company xylo chassis. Usually wears either the KGM R30 or area 419 hellfire match brake

With a few upgrades a Savage will shoot small enough to be competitive and you don’t have to cash in your 401k to do it.

I set my son up with a 12 BVSS, a Shilen match barrel chambered to shoot 90gn VLDs in .223, a Nightforce 12-42x56 scope and he made NRA High Master with it in F-TR.
;)

Well this provides some encouragement! Though I have only a Model11 with a Model 12 Varmint barrel.

This is its current configuration just a Ruger Precision Rimfire 22 LR with an Arken SH4 6-24X and Magpul bipod. Suppressor is a Griffin Optimus Micro.

Shot these with the old Bushnell Engage 6-24X that's now on my 10-22 but after zeroing it at 25 yards and making tiny groups I decided to see if I could put one on a number and shot at the 0
