Precisiondelta or Berry's - 9mm

I'm about to place an order for 9mm projectiles and noticed something interesting. Precisiondelta has FMJ 124gr for $97 shipped per thousand and Berry's plated 124gr is only about $10 cheaper. Seems to me the better deal is to go with the FMJ's.

Thoughts?

I agree. Since Berry's, and Xtreme went up I will also be switching to PD. I still have 12,000 Berry's left to load first.

I bought both. The Berry's came quickly, and the PD are or were backed up 18 weeks. If you need some before 18 weeks, order enough to last until the PDs can come to you.

I mostly shoot hardcast lead now, but I much prefer PD fmj to anybody's plated. I have loaded and shot maybe 5,000 PD,s and I love them. I still have a lot in 9mm and .45 to load.

Precision Delta makes some great bullets. If the price is that close, I know which one I would choose.

If you can get them Montana Gold has FMJ or CMJ RN or HP at around $360 to $380 for 3750 - 3800 depending on 115 or 124gr. anywhere from $92-$98 per thousand but you have to buy a case. The cost per thousand is too high.

I can't say enough good things about the PD 9mm projectiles. Try them.

I swithched to Precision Delta 9MM and 45 FMJ bullets several years ago and have been extremely satisfied. Because of high demand, they are running about 12 weeks on delivery at this time.
