Every now and then I get interested in buying a Beretta 92FS. Not something I really need, but I like the design and have enjoyed shooting them.
All else being equal, I'd prefer an Italian one, mainly for the rollmarks and, frankly, just because it would be neat to have an Italian pistol. I understand that, broadly speaking, both the Italian and American ones are great guns, and I would certainly not rule out an American 92FS.
When found used, do the Italian 92FS models generally command a premium over the American ones, and if so, by roughly what percentage, on average? I wouldn't mind paying a little more, but I'd balk at paying double. Thanks for any responses!
