Price Check - NEF Ultra Mag .22 WMRF?

Any idea what a fair price would be for a used NEF Ultra Mag .22 mag revolver in good condition?

6 Shot revolver: Blued finish, 6" barrel, adjustable sights, wood grips

I saw one go for about $140 recently but I probably would not go much higher than that. I want a DA 22mag revolver but I'm looking for something a bit better in quality unless the price is right.
