Saw two Longbranch Enfields at my LGS on consignment...one $695 and one $775! Are they rising in price that much or is the seller insane? I have a cherry 1950 MK4 and these were MK4s...and not so cherry. I've had mine for about 20 years or so. These were 1944 marked.

$350 is about tops for a #4mk1 these days IMO. I am fortunate enough to have been able to buy them for $69 to $99 years ago. The most I have paid is $239 for my Fazakerley all matching Good #5mk1.

Well i got my beater for 150 three years ago and sold it for 180 last year, and the thing had horrible feeding issues, so who knows?

The owner needs to put the crack pipe down.

A 1944 Long Branch (two words) No4 MkI*in pristine condition is a $350+/-. Maybe add $50 for a MkI/3.

I picked up this 1950 LB in 98%+ condition in June for $200. Note the No1 mag.

A year ago I paid $300 for this 1943 LB MkI/3, unissed since the Faz I/3 FTR when all parts including barrel were replaced, basically a new rifle like the UF and PF MkII's.
