Primer removal from a TC Strike in St. Clair Shores, MI

I was shooting my TC Strike the other day when a spent CCI brand primer refused to come out thus ending my day of shooting. I still cannot get it out. I could use some help and advise her folks. Please help.

I'm assuming you can/did remove the breech plug. If so, I would clamp it in a vice between two pieces of wood or thick leather and try using a small drill bit or a small self tapping screw in a pair of vice grips to drill thru the face of the primer very slowly. Once it pokes thru the face of the primer you should be able to pull it out if it doesn't spin free in the process.
